JOS is proudly manufactured in the Philippines by partners of sound body and mind working in low-density workshops carved out of their own homes. Likewise, we pick, pack and ship our wares from our central distribution office which practices hand sanitation, mask use, and social distancing.
*Please note that due to the handmade and deadstock nature of the products and materials, the company cannot ensure the fulfillment of all pre-orders/orders made by customers. In the event that an order cannot be fulfilled despite confirmation of payment, the company can offer alternative options for fulfillment or a refund.
JOS values small-volume and handmade production practices, as such some pieces may vary in quantity. For unavailable stocks, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or reach out via Instagram and the team will be responding shortly.
We baseline our prices in Philippine peso, to reflect the currency we compensate our workshops, artisans and liaisons in.
The global currencies reflected on our pages are approximate values and are only for reference for our international customers. Checkout and payment will still be in PHP (Philippine peso).
We accept the following payment methods:
Credit and debit card, GCash, and e-wallet payment through PayMongo. Bank transfer through BDO.
Orders using bank transfer will be cancelled after 3 business days if unpaid.
Shipping within Metro Manila will be free while provincial shipping will depend on the customer’s location. International shipping will be done via FedEx and rates will be dependent on the region of origin. For others within the Philippines, please allow 3-7 working days for your order to arrive. For international orders, delivery may take 1-2 weeks from the date of payment. The company will not be responsible for delays incurred by the couriers. View shipping rates here.
Pre-orders may be placed for unavailable pairs, provided that the customer first pays a 50% downpayment. After placing a pre-order, kindly wait for us to reach out through email. Do note that delivery times may vary.
Complimentary repairs will be accommodated with a time window of one month to one month and a half, depending on the nature of the breakage. Send an email to email@example.com or reach out via Instagram for any concerns regarding repairs or breakages.
Any order placed with payment confirmation is not cancellable. Returns are accepted so long as the customer returns the item within 14 days of the item’s delivery. All items must be returned in the original unworn condition with the accompanying packaging.
Orders placed within the Philippines are inclusive of Philippine taxes and duties. Additional import duties incurred for international orders will be shouldered by the customer.
The company will only be collecting customer’s name, delivery address, mobile number, email address, payment information, and size/color preferences in aid of smooth service. We will never share your information with third parties for marketing purposes, only for order fulfillment, as we do use logistics providers.
